On the approval of the maximum retail prices of the List of Essential Medicines

In accordance with the Act on Medicines and Pharmaceutical Activity and Order No. 204 of 30.08.2023 "On the List of Essential Medicines", for the purpose of ensuring the availability of medicines to the population,

I ORDER:

1. To approve the maximum retail prices of the medicines of the List of Essential Medicines sold in the state pharmacies (annex), to come into force from 1 September 2026.

2. The Pharmacy Department (A. Turdalieva) shall bring this order to the attention of the heads of the state pharmacies Nos. 1-60 within three days and publish the availability of medicines of the List on the official website of the Ministry weekly.

3. The heads of state pharmacies shall place the price list in a place accessible to buyers.

4. The sale of medicines of the List at prices above those approved by this order is not permitted.

5. Order No. 118 of 03.03.2025 is declared invalid.

6. Control over the execution of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister G. Esenalieva.
