The Ministry of Health of the Irad Special Economic Zone is responsible for state policy in health care: the hospitals and polyclinics together with the city governments, the rural health posts of the districts, the sanitary and epidemiological service, immunisation and the state pharmacies. The Ministry reports to the Lieutenant Governor.
